    today i called nvc and case was received 10/02/12 and to wait 10-20 days to receive case number and instructions via e-mail....what;'s next? please advise

      Good morning, like you I am also waiting to get NOA2 by July since my priority date is March 7, 2012. I think that after receiving NOA2, the case is send NVC to get assign a case number and then is forward the consulate and then you receive a package with forms to fill out and other instructions as well as when your fiance/spouse is to get the medical exam... good luck on your journey
