    Thanks, Steve. To be fair, the Embassy website does warn to not purchase tickets prior to receiving visa stamp...but besides receiving 'approval' notice, what really upset me was Li submitting 10 yr job/educational resume at intake, it rejected back thru the window, showing it again at interview, & it rejected again, but then requested via 221g 2 wks later. Gotta grin n' bear ...
