That was quick. I checked the status last night and the IV Fee went through in 24 hours. Bank confirmed it too.

Sent the IV Packet to NVC Express Mail. They should have it tomorrow by noon.........we hope.

Since emailing and sending the Choice of Agent last week, we have not received ANY form of correspondence, packet, et.al. from NVC. This would include any email instructions etc. Is this normal?

Did you give NVC operator beneficiary and petioners' emails? They usually send like info regarding your fees and attached green font PDF files from NVC. I probably received 6 emails including fee receipts.

NVC assigned case number on june 04th , called nvc and got NVC case no , IIN and BIN no..send ds 3032 june 06th..now trying to login the payment system.. doesn't let me log in and the message is " You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information"..plss guide me

just try to login again tomorrow. usually just a few days for the AOS bill to be invoiced. -got info from Saylin.

Called DOS couple hours ago and we finally got an interview date!!! yay!!!!!

Hey people.. i finally received a letter from the US embassy.. it stated that i can schedule my interview anytime this week. God is really good.

One more thing.. please help me what to do next...

oh wow!! how did you do that?? done with NVC? congrats!!! its kinda confusing though that they stated you can schedule your interview. well if you are to schedule an interview call us embassy or you can do it also online.

I think all the people waiting for an interview is anxiously trying to see at least one post of someone saying Interview assigned. Hopefully we will start seeing these posts soon.

Just finished at the post office express mailing the AOS to NVC. We checked this morning and the status had changed to paid. How many days shall we expect to find the IV fee available to be paid? We emailed and express mailed the Choice of Agent on Tuesday.

Once your Choice of agent is accepted, they usually invoice IV fee in 1-2 business days.

you're welcome. i sent the packet even before they emailed me. i think they email you a link with the instructions. i just made sure i have all required forms and supporting documents and send the packet as soon it shows "paid" at the online portal.

I've heard that PI IV does schedule online - but that's for K-1 visas.. Unsure how it works for other visa types, sorry. Great question for the PI forum, though - have you found it here ?

I saw the topic here for K-1 visa but I tried the link anyways and they have the options fOr IR-5 visa as well which really surprised me and at the last step, it shows the dates available to set an interview. I wanted to select one but I'm unsure. One vjer said that it also applies for IR-5 and that's it. Tried to know if he know someone did it but no reply. I did ask NVC about it but they dont know.

Hello guys, I submitted my mom's petition last November 2011. She lives in the Philippines. Today May 11, 2012 I received the notification that it has been approved, now what's the next step? I hope you can guide me through this, thank you very much

USCIS will send your file to NVC. start calling NVC everyday until you get a case number and Invoice Identification number. here's a link that helped me a lot with nvc processing.

Hi everyone! We got our NOA2 May 2, 2012 & when my hubby called NVC yesterday (May 17, 2012) they said they already received my case but they haven't received our son's case yet. They gave my hubby an invoice# which is an 8 digit number (is this my case number????)...they got our email address & was advised to wait for 15-20 days for the next steps through email... Can I email DS3032 using the invoice# given to my hubby??? so clueless on the next steps...i hope you guys could help us...Thanks in advance...

You need the NVC case number for the DS3032 and for other inquiries. Call NVC again in the morning and ask for your hubby's case number since they already provided the Invoice #. Usually they email both applicant and petitioner regarding your case. As soon as you get your case number, email DS3032 asap. you'll be needing the invoice when paying for the AOS and IV fee online. hope that helps.
