      No, I didn't expedite. I sent a lot of evidence and pictures, but didn't make anything to lengthy or hard to read. My explanation of meeting in person, I used 2 sentences only on the I-129, no seperate form. I thought for sure I would get an RFE, the passport style photo of my fiance was not sized properly, he tried 4 different times in Romania and they kept giving him the wrong size and porportions (due to measurement system differences maybe)...but I sent them all 4 copies I had, ...

      put a small note on them explaining the difficulty, and ended up getting a NOA2 instead of RFE. Thank god. This means that CSC is going fast... Good to luck to you! =) I know how hard it is waiting for this !!
