    Hi RobandBliss! It's really ok to go there in the afternoon esp during WEdnesday until Friday.Less applicants less hassle...No need to do appointment, because SLEC caters on first come,first serve basis...as long as you provide them the pertaining documents I mentioned on my previous post...Goodluck dear...
