  1. The applicant summary page should look like this: http://s128.beta.photobucket.com/user/smurf47/media/Immigration/DHL/part12.jpg.html?sort=6&o=18 (unless they've changed it a bit since 2011). What you're looking for is the Reference ID number in the first section (Applicant Information). So, just print out the entire page, and bring this with you to the interview. That's what they need to let you in ;)

 that's exactly how mine looks; I just thought that I have to have another ID in the Loomis info.. thak you so much, I have one less thing to worry about :)

  2. Hi all,

I read a lot about Loomis confirmation number but I looked everywhere on my CSC account and I couldn't find any number. The only information regarding Loomis is on 'Applicant Summary' but all it's there is the location of the Loomis branch I chose. No number. There is an option on the page 'Register for Courier Service' but if I click on it, on the next page I'm asked to confirm that I want to cancel my appointment!

I would really appreciate any help. BTW, my interview will be in Montreal, if that matters :)

  3. Hi,

For the interview, do I have to have the original documents for everything I have sent for I129f application? Actually what I'm interested in, if I have to have my fiancee's original Certificate of Naturalization, Petition for Name Change and Final Decree of Divorce. She won't be able to be in Montreal for the interview and not sure if I need those documents or not...

    Thanks

  4. Hi everyone,

I would appreciate your help please to confirm I'm ok...

I received my new 10-year green card and a new Canadian passport; I was able to update my passport # and expiration date & my green card expiration date online (accessing my file here: https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes )

Am I ok or do I still have to stop by some Nexus office next time I see one? I am trying to avoid that since I use my Nexus "status" more often to enter the USA with the Global Entry kiosks or skip the like with TSA PreCheck than at a border station where they have a Nexus office... I just want to confirm I have nothing else to do.

    Thank you for your help!

    :)

You should be fine; however be prepared for a secondary inspection; I noticed that sometimes when I make a change anything in my Nexus profile, next time I'm using it I end up on a Secondary where they are asking for documents.

  5. Thanks everybody for the answers!

    1. For the Court Record, I understand that I need nothing, since it's nothing in my Police Record, right?

    2. For my Military Record, since I wasn't in the military here, in Canada, do I need anything stating that there isn't anything? :)

    3. I had some military training, back home, some 30+ years ago; do I still have to bring a (translated) record?

    Thanks again!

  6. I am waiting for my NOA3 but I just read that I have to provide Military and Court Records. Can anybody help me with where I can get them from? I tried to Google for them but couldn't find anything relevant; I also had no court appearance. If might help, I'm from Toronto and I'll have my interview in Montreal.

Thank you your help and good lock to everybody.

  7. Hi friends,

I'm waiting for my NOA3 from Montreal Office and searching through their website I read about 2 things I was not aware about: Court Records and Military Records. I live in Canada for almost 10 years but I was born in an Easter European country where I had mandatory military service. However when I moved to Canada I was asked to return my military record document so at this point I have nothing. Also, never been in a court either back home or in Canada.

Any idea what do I have to provide for the interview?

Thank you in advance for your help.

  8. One of the requirements for the K1 interview is a Police record from all the places I have lived. Although I live now in Canada for the last 8 years, I have lived in Europe (Romania) for over 30 years... do I need a police record for that period of time? Any idea how can I get it?

    Thanks
