FEB 12,2013 for my two weeks waiting after my interview and my case under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING now it was returned to NVC..Is anyone had face in this same case of mine?so confused and need to return back to work in Dubai too..LORD GOD guide me please..

confusions I have always in my application for this petition....,got interview and given me a white paper it shows...VISA APPLICATION UNDER 221(g)....???I dont know whats is this...? and to be find out after 2 weeks....!LORD give me more strength to face this problems......!!!

to @@mirpearl: hello how are you....i went home in phils for my interview its too late to transfer in dubai...the consul told me that evrything was ok but when i wait for the window if when they will deliver the visa...they handover me the 221g (INA)Immigration and Nationality Act...and they put a sticker to view my status in 2 weeks at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/...my worries is i have job waiting in Dubai and called up my management to extend my stay here...but i dont know if when...?thank...

to apple21: 221g of the INA(Immigration and nationality Act...they put a sticker to view my status of application at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ after 2 weeks....thank you...

Sept 26,2012 my Fiance received a VISA case number from NVC......but makes me worried coz im here in Dubai but the Visa proceeding address will be in Manila consulate...,and my Visa NUmber start in MNL.......GOD im humbly ask your guidance......!!!

hello.....anyone can advise us regarding for our k-1 visa status.....january 26,2012, we sent our application to USCIS in Dallas Texas and January 30,2012...we receive the I-797C.....and until now....our current status for our I-129F was still in INITIAL REVIEW.....when we can have the respond again from USCIS? or regarding about the I-797C form that my fiance was receive do we need to send back again that to USCIS but its showing only a receipt and confirmation of my birthdate and my name if...
