Sept 26,2012 my Fiance received a VISA case number from NVC......but makes me worried coz im here in Dubai but the Visa proceeding address will be in Manila consulate...,and my Visa NUmber start in MNL.......GOD im humbly ask your guidance......!!!
you should call NVC to check with them if they will send the petition to Manilla or UAE ?? im gonna have call them and check with them about mine too because they might send our petition to pakistan instead of UAE
