Really do not know what to do here.

My husband (for whatever reason, don't ask me, it doesn't make sense) refuses to change his driver's license from Florida to West Virginia, even though we've been here more than a month. I didn't know this until recently. Now we have interview coming up, and his DL address doesn't match the interview notice. I mean, it's not even the same state! I'm not sure whether he would be allowed into the USCIS office, and secondly, now I not only have to prove that we live together, I'll have to prove that HE lives here!!! And even if I manage to make him go change his license, there's really no time now (less than a week). Anyone had a problem like that? Any advice would be helpful.

Anyone ever heard of this happening? What can be done? Can an appeal be made?
