Yeah it's fast to received the gc..we're approved last feb 28...they told to wait us upto 3 weeks..but we have received it today march 08...god less...

I got mine after I got married..I just present bc,passport ,I-94 and Marriage cert..it here in san Diego..California branch

hi anyone here same situation like mine..myis husband works under the navy he is on civilian ship (MSC)...and i received a letter from uscis that we will have our interview on this month i ask my husband to come here but he cant bec. he is presently assigned on board ,forward deployed to western pacific and far east..what will i do any suggestion...should i resched our interview?any help plss..thanks..

hi just want to ask..do i need to extend my i-94 since it was expired?...and im on my aos stage right now from k1 k2?i need to bring any govt id on the interview that's why i was applying for california id at dmv and they told me that my i-94 was expired already ,actually it was my 2nd time to go to dmv the first time was after our marriage they told me and my husband that wait for 30days i think then i went alone again when it is expired then no id yet.......hope anyone could share....and answer me...thanks a lot...god bless to all..

Hope anyone can answer my question..we already submita our papers for aos but my child (k2 ead i-765 employment authorization was returned...i cant call the uscis bec its weekend and i just want to ask if we need to pay for the filing of the for ead for k2..eventhough we both submit our aos and pay separately...our rfe says that check the fees...im confused pls help so that i could resubmit my childs ead so that we could get hs sss too...thanks...

yeah...i just submitted my aos packet yesterday...i just pay $35 for the vaccines transcribe by cs at san diego,cali.....

just a tip....complete the vaccines for both of them so that the process for the school and AOS will be ok.... here they require 4 shots of polio (in school) for k2 check if he has 4 shots...4 dtap..etc...ok..just check it before going here in us ......

hi just want to ask.....we are on k1 and k2 visa..we arrived here last sept....and married already...im worried if i can still stay here we are still working for the AOS docs and due to some financial probs...we can submit the AOS package on the last week of the the dec....are wes still ok to stay here?pls help..thanks...

we areon the same situation...we came here last sept with my son(k2) still he dont have ssn#...i will send EAD at the same time with the aos package so that it will no cost if filed with i-485,well correct me if i wrong...at this time still preparing for the papers and docs needed for aos....i want my son to have sss # so that next next year he can be included at my husbands' tax...the atty told us that we should first file an AOs before including my son as dependents....

just a tip...wear shorts or palda.....they will ask you to remove your clothes..and eat....before your medical..ok...

fiancee visa is faster..but i will costs a lot of money....also when you get here in US you still need to adjust status and it cost...985+85(biometrics)....im here for fiancee visa....and still waiting for 2 mons...they wont issue divers licens /id for me after 2 mons i can apply already,,,,..so for me spousal visa is much ok if you are not in a hurry..

ganto gawin mo sis...kasi ganyan din prob ko..muntik ko na nga ncancel interview buti diko ginawa....well 3x ako kumuha ng nbi clearance.... una ung pang US - na 7days pala un...so ginawa ko kumuha ako ng For local na nbi tas isa uli na nbi at ang nilagay ko na purpose for TRAVEL ABROAD....aun dinala ko sila pareho....ok naman ang naging result tinanggap sa embassy atleast kung hanapin ung sa NBI FOR US Visa e isunod ko na lang...dont be stress....ganyan din ako nuon...ok....Godbless...
