    hey delisha20 hv u made ur appointment for ur medical yet? i did the very next day, but i also applied for the dhl process too. and i'm wondering if that was too soon?

      Hey Thinkerbell! No, that was not too soon. You need to have it registered before the interview and after your appointment date so you did good !

    Yeah! I got gr8 news beginning March, thank you NVC (case closed)...Now If only I Could get interview date Beginning April..WOW!!

      Good question !!! I would say go into the skype system and search the help section and see how you could print your records .If you cant, then I would say look at your history/ log of your talk times and print or screenshot and print them.

    hey we both got case complete around the same time, guess we may get interview date in the same time frame, lets stay in tune so that either of us get interview date we will both hv an idea which of us is next.

    fed up with this entire visa process...everything step of the process has been a waiting game for us. Now the visa has been issued and still not available for pickup. frustrated to the max

    Thursday he was approved and out of admistrative processing. Now we are just waiting on the visas to come ...... just a little more waiting right?!

      Congrats !! Hubby got approved last Monday and we received the way bill today so to keep yourself from going crazy like I did, check the site around Thursday or Friday this week : )

      Congrats!! Got our waybill # today so once hubby picks up the package this week I can go ahead and book the plane tickets !!!!

      The interview date is usually provided within like 2 weeks and it is I think maybe an average of 6 weeks from the time the case at NVC has been completed. My suggestion would be to go ahead and start rounding up shot records and go ahead and complete the medical forms. BC the mail has been crazy bad the last few months, I ended up a...

    It's been a while since I've posted to the feeds or even timeline, so to sum it all up, here is an overview of our case :

      I-130 received Feb 6, 2013

      I-130 approved July 2013

      2 checklist received for civil documents and after sending all additional documentation, the case was approved for an interview date January 13, 2014.

      Medical Exam scheduled for February 13, 2014 @ Noon (have to schedule your medical at least 10 days prior to interview)

      Appointment is March 3 , 2014
