  1. Thanks to immigration attorney Brian D. Lerner, now I am on my way to get my legal status after spending money and close to 5 years dealing with bad immigration lawyers. Attorney Brian D. Lerner took charge of my case after I was told by several other attorneys that there was nothing that could be done to win my case. He took my case up to 9th circuit court due to convictions i had in 1994 where he won. Now my case is back immigration office where they remanded my case I applied for i130 and 485 and today i recive update green card was on the way . Although his service is very expensive , to me it was worth every dollar spent for his representation. Do not hesitate to contact this lawyer, he will fight for your case until the end, but you also have to be willing to spend for his service. Once again, Thank you Brian, and cris reed and his office

  2. yes i file I765 is different receive number

so if I understand u correctly - u were mailed a notice for an interview for june? (I485)

and now the online status for the same(I485) is saying card production?

if this is the case there could be a mistake perhaps ..

    did u file for I765 ?

if u have then maybe its the I765 that is under card production but dont know why it would be under I485

maybe u can contact the 800 # or just wait to see what arrives in the mail :star:

    Good Luck

  3. I checked my status online and this is whatsays it ....I'm schedule on June for an interview for I-485. What's does it mean? any ideas? post your thoughts please

    Card/ Document Production

On May 10, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application

  4. Good afternoon i win my case in the ninth circuit court appeals due to conviction i had on 1995. I have one question that I would like to see if you can help me with it. On 2010 I went to an interview for the I-130, On January 2012 my i file for I-485 due to my wife is he born in the us and I-765. I have just got my work permit, I saw my status and they will send me for an second interview for the I-485. My question is now "why do I have to go to a second interview if they granted me the first interview...my application was approved?" and today i receive email that my green card was send to production before my interview on 8 June Can you let me know if this is a normal process please help me . Thank You

  5. yes i speculate because i check on line I'm set for appointment on June 8

Did you actually get an appointment notice or are you speculating you will be getting one based on the USCIS status online. Not that you won't get one, but don't speculate you will just because of the online status until it says they actually sent you an appointment notice. The status updates online are generic and mean nothing aside from a general view of what point in the process you are at.

  6. yes, my wife is a US born citizen. she filed for me

I noted that you said you went on an interview for I-130? Was your wife a US citizen at that time? Based on what I have heard regarding I-130 interviews, that happens when their is no visa # available based on the category of filing -permanent resident spouse filing for spouse. If your wife just naturaluzed to a US citizen and petitioned your adjustment, then you are now receiving your normal adjustment interview. This is an interview for I-485.

Please give details of your case so that you won't get misleading information.
