This website redirects to Evylin's link for the DS-156 form... OP, when you look for forms, just type the name of the form on Google, and use the link that is official (usually travel.state.gov for DS forms).
many thanks....great help....

Hello,
I would like to know if anyone just recently got a NOA2 from Nigeria....my fiance is in Nigeria waiting for his interview to be scheduled...Please i would like to know if anyone processing his/her K1-visa received a mail like this....
Dear Ms. Carla,
The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos is ready to begin final processing of your approved K1 visa petition. Kindly request your fiancé/fiancée (the applicant) to visit any branch of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC in Nigeria to pay the K1 visa processing fee of $350.
With the payment receipt number, the applicant can visit our website at http://www.ustraveldocs.com to schedule a K1 visa interview appointment. The applicant must print the interview appointment confirmation, which should be presented upon arrival at the U.S. Consulate General in Lagos on the appointment/interview date.
Also, the attached interview instruction packet has to be printed and fully completed by the applicant prior to the interview. Additionally, the applicant should visit any of the medical facilities indicated on page three of the attached medical examination instructions and complete the medical examination.
Please note that NO APPLICANT WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE CONSULATE VISA HALL WITHOUT A VALID MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT.
If you are having problems accessing or using the online appointment system (http://www.ustraveldocs.com), please contact: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com or +234-9-460-1748.
Sincerely,
-
Medicals are said to be good for a year or 6 months depending on the country, i don't know about Nigeria but keep between 6 months to 1 year in mind and you have to have the medical done first before scheduling your interview appointment. Good luck
thanks a lot....god bless u

happy for u....stay positive....

Not needed for an I-129f. Evidence of relationship is not needed for the petition and sending money is not necessarily evidence you want to include for an interview. Check with other people using that consulate before doing that.
i strongly advice u not to use that...it could cause more harm than good

We also thought that the medical expires after one year.Even the pick up visa letter said the medical is valid for one year.May be the consulate want recent updated medical report. Our first medical was done on may 10 and was exactly six month on November 10 on the date of my re-interview.
congrats ....greater things can be achieved through love....happy for u

I was thinking that too. Yeah, I think we will just rely on the K-1. But if it fails, then we'll cross that bridge at that time. Ekele dili gï.
Yes, ekele dili gï.
I realize that now. Thanks!
i suggest u simply have faith in ur k1.....goodluck
