I have seen on other threads from other months I guess that for I-751 they send us the tracking number for the shipment of the green card or am I crazy?

If somebody here received a tracking number for their green card after I-751 approval could you please share?

She didn't make any decisions, but there's a talk about 'if you are approved'. Looking at how unreliable and not up-to-date online case status is, I'm going to stop torturing myself, lol. Not going to check it on every hour of the day.

I am pretty sure you have indeed being approved per the contents of your interview! so Relax a little!

On my husband's AOS it took us 2 weeks after the interview to received notice that we were approved and the IO didn't even said if we were approved or not as well., but you know when the interview did go well...so please don't worry to much!

just to share a short story of my story with everybody

when the time came to file I called my lawyer and he told me it would cost me 750 dollars and my wife insisted I should do it myself so I did and oh boy I've been so stress since the moment I sent those papers , 45 days later no answer or letter so after reviewing so many of the comments here I decided to send USCIS an Email and 3 days later they sent me a reply with the new case number and date for my bios which it happened to be last Tuesday the 15th of July , they only did 1 finger and picture the lady was really nice and friendly so last Saturday I got a letter in the mail saying my GC has been approved and mailed to me the 18th so hopefully i'll get it this week .

Thanks to everybody for posting their cases and progress here it is very helpful for everyone !!

I AOS March 2012, all went good and I got approved AOS june 2012. I sent my ROC papers May 7th, and I got an email today saying my card is in production . I am so happy! I did not need biometrics!

My question is: how long after I get the email saying my card is in production do I actually get the new card? Thanks

Well...... I was all set to harass them about not having received a biometrics letter and then I finally got mail from them today....

Finally got an email reply from USCIS about the call I made last week regarding the non delivery of my Bio letter.

"Thank you for your inquiry. The required biometrics for your Permanent Resident Card have been successfully uploaded from a previously filed petition/application. Therefore, an appointment at the ASC is not necessary."

Now I need to call and see if they will give me my status tracking #.

Anyone else have any luck getting their On-Line Tracking # if their bio is not required?

We received Biometrics appointment letter yesterday and it is scheduled for 06/13

We received the NOA with extension letter today, receipt date 05/12.

Hi! Our check is being cash today as well...CSC here too

If is still in transit I would contact USPS and try to request a stop on the delivery and return back to sender.

I am not sure if USPS is able to stop a shipment, but it is worth a try they might be able to since it is schedule for delivery only on Thursday.

- Joint American Express Costco credit card statements

- Joint American Express Platinum credit card statements

- Joint leasing Contract for a new car bought in December of 2013

- copy of flight tickets when we travel to Brazil together in October 2012

- Evidence of joint car insurance policy from Farmers

- Document showing Life Insurance policy from wife employer and showing husband as only beneficiary

- Document showing Health Plan and Dental Plan Coverage from wife's Employer for both of us

- Deed for our First home purchased July of 2013

- Property Taxes for 2013 and Supplemental Property taxes for 2013

- Guaranty of lease for wife's Cousin showing both of us as a guarantor

- Contract with Closet World purchasing our custom made walk in closets for our master bedroom and guest bedroom

Yes you should receive a hard copy (797 Notice of Action) for the I-130 as well as one for the I-485.

Edit: I'm a bit confused because your signature says you received it on 08/03

oh I just noticed now! I will fix that! Actually on 08/03 we got txt message and email saying that approval letter for I-130 was mailed!

that is why we wonder...we haven't received yet, but received the welcome letter /approval letter for I-485:-)

On my husband's portfolio at USCIS website it says that a approval notice was mailed for the form I-130, we haven't received that yet.

Does anybody know if they actually send a hard copy of an approval letter for I-130? Just would like to know if there is anything else comingo on the mail:-)
