  1. Hi everybody!!!

I hope You are doing great. well I have a question I just recieved a letter with request for initial evidence (I-485) and it says they need evidence as a copy of my I-94 and a copy of the pages with my visa. I"m in the progress of changing my status from f-1 to a premanent residence. I already sent those copies with the whole package. They sent me as well a "supplement A to form I-485" but I don't understand because in the instruccions says "if you are applying to adjust as the spouse (tjis is my case) or unmarried minor child of a U.S citizen or the parent of a U.S citizen child at least 21 years of age, and if you were inspectedand lawfully admitted to the United States other than C-1 or S nonimmigrant status, you do not need to file this form" So in my case I entered to the U.S totally legal under a visa f-1. I don't understand why should I have to fill this form. is there somebody who can help me? pleaseeeee

    thanks

  3. hi everyone!!

I'm filling the papers for adjustment of status, but I have some questions, I called to USCIS and they told me that I need to have the following applications I-131, I-765, I-864, I-693, I-130, I-485, G325 two copies for me and one for my husband. I came to the US on a F-1 and I got married few months ago with a US Citizen, now that I'm filling all the applications is making me so confused in what I have to put, so if You can help me I will really appreciate :)

in I-765 question #15 what I have to put? I was on a F-1 but when I got married on Dec 2011 I didn't attend the following semester so I don't know what I have to put there.

on I-131 do I really need to fill out this form? I'm not intending to go out of the states any time soon. and if I have to fill this form what should I put in part 1 #3 class of admission? and which one on part 3

    thanks so muchhhhh

    Gilda
