      I know this is a super late comment hehe, but we are here to help each other. Do you have a fast or fair enough fast internet access? If you do then she can get a usb called Magic Jack (voip calls) that she will send/bring to you then you will install it on your pc, and you can also choose her area code so it is local for her to call you(from cell phone or landline)unlimited http://www.magicjack.com/plus-v05/ . Another alternative is to use gmail she can call u from her cell and it will ring ...
