  1. There is no form for finger prints. Its the same thing you did for AOS - you sit and wait for a biometric appointment letter in the mail. You go to your appointment and have your finger prints and a photo taken. Then you wait for either an interview or an approval. good.gif

  2. Hi all I am here like everybody else looking for help and few tips.

    My wife and I we are filling I-751 to have her conditions removed. When she first got into the US she come with a K1 visa.

    We have afidavits from friends and photos also ready,

    bank statements,

    life insurance,

    income tax for the last 2 years,

    apparment lease,

    health insurance,

    letter from bank when wife was added to account,

    passport copy,

    green card copy

    In the form I-751 it mention about fingerprints do I have to fill a form for fingerprints or the I-751 take care of all.

    In the cover letter should I write this:

    RE: I-751 JOINT PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF STATUS ON:

    (K-1 VISA) Name of Immigrant K-1 spouse, A#xxx-yyy-zzz (I got this from a sample from someone else here at VJ why K-1 she already was granted a 2 year green card almost 2 years ago)

    I will really appreciate if someone help me with ideas how to get it right.
