We submitted letters of intent with our original package to USCIS. I don't remember having one at the interview but I do know we submitted it with the I-129F.

A quick word about lawyers...........

As far as I'm concerned, mine was a wast of money. I learned form from VisaJourney than I did from my lawyer.

I got your question about the Letter of Intent. I DID include one to my attorney when we assembled the I-129F petition. I don't know if they included it in the 1st package to USCIS or if they only wanted it to begin preparing the package for the interview.
