    Just called again today. They told me AGAIN that they are working on cases from July 18. How stupid do they think we are? These people are unbelievable.

    Any update on your case? I called the CSS on Friday of last week and they told me they were working on cases from July 18. The normal waiting period is 5 months; however, they told me it may take around 7 months with the backlog.

    Yes, I did call them 2 weeks ago; however, they said they were running behind so it looks like the wait time will be more like 6-7 months instead of 5.
