STILL NO WORD ON OUR APPEAL. IT IS FRUSTRATING AS HECK BUT WE ARE HANGING IN THERE.

after having my senator make an inquiry, yesterday i got letter from DHA saying our appeal is being sent to Board of Immigration Appeals as of 04/21/2014. before that uscis said it takes 6 months to a year fir review before sending back to BOIA.

MAILED OUT EOIR 29 TODAY. I HOPE TO GET GOOD NEWS FROM IT. APPEALING DECISION OF REVOKED PETITION

hello there. i read your input on the embassy, can you tell me please when was the last time you were here in egypt? it seems your husband going thru the same thing my husband is.

Still no word from USCIS but i am enjoying EGypt and my husband and stepdaughter. i missed them much.

Egypt is beautiful stil and i see no problems here. we went to the museum today and it was great. i love being here in egypt!!!

been over 4 weeks now that USCIS has had our evidence and still no answer yet......so i will go to see my husband and relax and have great time with him and my stepdaughter. i leave in a few days for egypt!!!
