hello there, how are you? did you make it to be beside your husband yet? i will be coming to egypt on november 29 2013. i waited out all the mess over there and paperwork here and not 1 but 2 notice of intent to revokes. we havent heard on uscis decision yet. hope youa re doing well.

THEY GOT OUR PAPER RESPONSE TO THE NOIR. WE SENT IN AGAIN OVER 300+ PAGES AND REASONS WHY WE ARE FOR REAL. INSHA ALLAH I HOPE TO GET REAFFIRMED AGAIN!

that mess is more thasn what you think there. people are not safe there, they advise americans to not go there. as long as the brotherhood and there followers are out there, there will always be problems there.

He handed my husband a non official letter statng the embassy is not convinced this relationship is true and valid, therefore they will send it back to USCIS. How in the heck is a CO to know if they do not ask him any questions about me and not his siblings or father and mother. Every time he goes to the embassy they refuse to ask him any questions about me and what he knows about me.

DOS said still pending and this past Monday when i called they said it was sent back to NVC sunday past. i emailed the embassy yesterday and finally got a response after over a month. Mr. MO (i think this is the person he saw my husband, the CO and he also answers emails) sent me email saying it was sent back to NVC, gave me DHL tracking number. I never got that before in my life.

When he went to his appointment june 13 and took in all the things needed for visa packet, the CO asked him wheni was last there. he said and telling the truth about everything and then told him i see where your petition was revoked and i will revoke it again and send it back for review. i told myhusband our papers were never revoked and he cant revoke only he can send back to uscis for review. even when the embassy closed i still called DOS.

I agree they are not friendly there, they give the visas to who they want and play with others. this last time myhusband was made to get a new medical and police and ds 230 and his passport and bring to the embassy, making us believe he will get his visa, this time after reaffirmation they play becuase i had not been there since 2010 but i fight back

i used to live with one sister here. he has 2 sisters and a brother here in the USA. After the revolution things got bad there and many times i tried to go but a few times my husband said no way not right now, for my safety orr the money was not there at the time. we were just waiting, not knwoing it would take so long.

we dont know either why it is taking so long. there is another profile in here where the wife had not been back for 2 yrs to egypt since they got married and he got his visa this past February. yes i do , the Egyptian consulate put a 1 yr visa in my passport back in march, the embassy did not know this, i emailed the embassy back with this and a copy of it. His familyloves me and we get along great

hang in there. we are holding strong too. september be 3 yrs marriage but november be 5 yrs we been together. i am doing an email now for the embassy to get int he morning. i will show them that the Egyptian Consulate here in houston texas has given me a visa for one yr. they give to me back in march, before all this mess and hopefully i can stop them from sending us back to USCIS..

validity of our almost 5 yr relationship, soon to be married 3 yrs come September 15 of this year. He made sure to tell the CO that he has never been asked anything about our relationship at anytime by any CO in the embassy. I see other profiles on here where the spouses never wnet back for almost if not over 2 yrs from the same country and they dont give them any problems, i am shocked and dont know why they treat us this way.

i am glad it went well. for us today another story....walahy...i dont know what they do in there. insha allah everyting will show its true colors. good lucK!
