My brother was petition by my mother(a greencard) holder in nov 2009, his paper to start visa app and aos arrived, but my brother got married in 2017. So he’s petition is not valid anymore, right? So I just ignore it, or do I need to inform NVC? 

I’m sister was petition by my mother(greencard holder) in July 2010, just received a email to pay for visa application and question is  can she bring her 13 year old daughter with her?

She was already current before but retrogression happened..i really dont know what to do.But we will try to call the US embassy Manila..

Hi Apple, so you mean embassy Manila can answer those questions? Or just let her go to the interview? Or if shes denied do my mom needs to file another petition? or pays visa again? I will tell my sister to call the embassy too.Thanks for the info..

Hello, I hope someone can help me here.My sister was petition as a minor child (F2A)priority date is August 8, 2010 and she had already an interview schedule on December 19, 2012. I already paid her visa before the retrogression.The problem is shes now 22 years old.Her birthday is June 21 1990. I dont know what to do...please help me..

Kids whoes PD became current and retrogressed before USCIS adjucated the case. The case then went to NVC and they collected all the fees and required documents and the case became documentary qulified. Any success stories at the embassy or the NVC would invoke CPSA before the case transfered to the embassy and the age is locked?

Hi, same in the case of my sister. I paid already the visa then retrogressed. Shes already turned 22 years old. I am still waiting for her visa to be current. Her priority date is Aug 9, 2010.Right now they are processing May 8, 2010. I dont know what will happen too. I just wait till her priority become current.

I got the interview letter through email. I was the one who filled up the form " Choice of Agent. " for my brother.

FINALLY, I GOT THE INTERVIEW LETTER FROM THE NVC FOR MY BROTHER..PD IS NOVEMBER 15 2009. INTERVIEW WILL BE ON JUNE 20, 2012 AT 8:30AM. NOW WAITING FOR MY SISTER. HER PD IS AUGUST 10, 2010.

My brother's PD is November 15, 2009. Havent got any appointment for Interview. I also wrote a letter to the National Visa Center inquiring the status of my brother's papers.
