I175 approved today!!! Waiting on his actual card now were done with one step and getting ready for the final one: N400 in April. Notecards are printed and ready to go!! Can't wait to be done with all of this lol

Found out that we do not have to do the biometrics. His info is current. Yet they stated they will not refund the fee, go figure

Hey, there are no rules stating that you cannot walk in early. Now, whether they accept you or not is another story. My husband did his biometrics in Philadelphia; 2.5 weeks early. They were hesitant at first but he was about to start a new job and explained to them that he did not want to miss work, so they let him in. I recommend going during the non peak days and hours such as Tues-Thurs from 3 to closing. Good luck!!

Hello VJ I haven't been here for a while but I'll give you a little update: My husband has been here for about a year and a half. He is still taking English classes and recently had his first "English" interview. My husband barely knew any English when he got to the US, so this was a HUGE step for him. I am extremly proud of all of his accomplishments and am excited to see what our future holds. I must admit, we have our good days and bad days but nobody said this was going...

Update: We're going on 2 years of my hubby being here! Unbelievable! We're doing well and overcoming all obstacles that have come our way. His daughter is still with us, she will be returning home next month or march with AP and returning in June to wait for her GC. She will then leave to DR to live with her mother for good and visit us in the summers.(After all of the hassle, that was the agreement) We're also going on 2 years of marriage in April. Time flies! Glory to God our visa as been APPROVES!! Our interview was for 8:30am by 12:30 was out...3 questions total where asked review will be up soon!!

Hubby just got his medicals done! Thank God all went well! Last step before our big day! My count down will soon start before I leave!!!! yahhh!!!!
