  1. please what documents should i get ready, i have chats log, wedding pics and property deeds in both our names. do i need to get a new police report and tax return for 2011. my priority date is 01 September 2010, my interview will be in January 2013.

the embassy has also got my original birth and marriage certificate. i submitted them. should i gather photocopies or apply for new ones.

  2. The whole situation sounds a little overly dramatic. All I will state is this: if you have doubts, trust your gut instincts. Nigeria is the #1 country in the world regarding fraud- or any kind. That said, it doesn't mean you're on that boat. Just do your research and use an objective eye for these issues. It's hard, but not impossible. Don't feel stupid; love is the worst delusion. We all suffer from being love sick at some point in our lives. Some, suffer all their lives.

    Good luck!

wow what does fraud have to do with been in love miss!!!! :o .So if one is in love with someone from Nigeria they other is probably a fraud... people like you make me

  3. Well, you might be over-reacting a bit. You kinda sound "Nagging" as well. but, who knows ? Take a Chill Pill.... His family making fun of your weight. Whats that? Your communicating with your Ex about about problems.. (you know that sounds kind weird don't you) Do they want to hear it? Probably not. Find something to do today and keep your mind off not getting WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. Wait for him to get ahold of you. Trust me: If you stop Texting and Stop Calling he will start to THINK and get ahold of you.

 that's about it...i would say take it easy he is human and also has his moments. when you worry to much about something you tend to make wrong judgements out of anger and frustration.

  4. i really don't think you have a problem yet. apply first get the letter from the school and see how it goes. i understand you said you asked someone about it, well i wont be to fast to believe everything. perhaps the rules in Ireland are different, i don't see why renewing your student visa when u are still on a course should be difficult and why and already existing application for another country should affect it.

when your renewing your visa for a country the only information visible to them is what they have on their system for you in their country. the only time they go far to check other information is when you have a criminal record or fraudulent activities.

i dont think you should be worried that much lets see how it plays out.

nevertheless you need to have a resident permit in any country you are applying from.

  5. i dont think the embassies are linked to share such information. I did my application from the uk while on student visa and renewed my visa to a work permit when it expired, and the issue of my pending F2a visa for the usa never came up during the interview.

so i would think he probably informed them himself which was not wise. best to go back home and transfer the case.

  6. i really don't know the need for this predictions...it just gets your hope high and when the bulletin falls short everyone starts licking their wounds. Thank God i did not have a heart attack with this recent bulletin.. i just think everyone should be allowed time to get over the depressing vBulletin before a new one starts again.

PD September 01 2010....God help me

  7. I tried to get a tourist visa, with i-130 form pending, but I was rejected.

But maybe it was my fault. I always confuse with dates and periods of time, so at the interview I told the year of our marriage incorrectly... I blame myself so much for that. :crying:

I want to apply for B-2 visa once again, after my husbands' visit to Belarus, but I'm scared that I jeopardzed my chances of getting a visa by my stupid mistake.(((

Have you had your interview, and if not do you think it would come up then. i have a problem like that and am scared it might come up during my interview.
