Hi. When I filled out the g-325 form, I put n/a in every spot that required it. I did not want them to have any question about anything on the form. It may be o.k. to leave it blank, but I just don't want to leave them any reason to question anything. I would put n/a just to be on the safe side. Better safe than sorry. Best wishes.
