    Interview @ Islamabad Embassy; Need passport back

    2 Weeks from now my interview for F2B visa immigrant is scheduled at Islamabad Embassy Pakistan. But I need my passport back right after interview as I have to travel since I am currently on job in Saudi Arabia.

    Does anyone know what is the procedure to request the embassy to give the passport back? I heard that after interview the embassy staff normally retains your passport for few months for Administrative Processing etc.

    I made various enquiries both via email and on phone but no response.

    If anyone please share info on this it will be a great help.
