hi I am US citizen applied for wife in India.
I applied married filing joint and applied for ITIN. IRS has requested notarized copy of passport for wife?
could you tell me your experience. I will be sending apostille copy of passport but my i-130 just got approved. Is it ok to send nvc affidavit of support along with 1040 + w2+ W7. ITIN not issued yet bec they need notarized cop...
