I have read the flowchart and a description for K1 visa holder. Both say different things. Any thoughts from k1 visa holders? I'm trying to coordinate a lot of things and it is very stressful/confusing. Thanks

Good luck guys..I filed my I-129F on May 23rd. Waiting for 5 months, hopefully less.

Is it acceptable to send the visa photo from an email attachment? I printed the photo off the email, then scanned the 4X6 print and had it reduced to 2X2 at Walgreens. I'm thinking this will not be acceptable, but it rides a thin line with the specific instructions so I thought Id ask.

I would do a second sheet of paper with notation and put complete address. The address gets more important later at interview time as that address will be used by 2GO, but that address will be done LATER.

City = Manila

State = Manila

Country = Philippines or PI

Actually I meant to say its her name that needs a C/O line. There is no room in the Name field for C/O...so in her name field should I put "see attached "name" instead of her name and them attach her name and C/O line to the next paper? hopefully I can finish this mess today..thanks a lot..

I have a little issue with my fiances mailing address on the I-129F form. She just recently moved to Manila and the neighbers do not know her, so she must use C/O in the address.

Should I put 'see attached sheet "Address (number and street)" or will that confuse the person reviewing my petition?

Also, she lives in Metro Manila and the form asks for 'state or country'. Can I put Manila and just abbreviate Philippines as Phil? or again is that going to confuse the powers that be?

When done go back and read both again. Then complete your packet.

I'm going to submit my fiance i129f form. Do I need to include my fiances passport photo and letter of intent in the package or can this wait until she does the interview in manila?
