  1. I don't understand how people can be so impatient at times. We know that it can be quick as it can be late, so why not give it to nearly 6 months and see what happens. It is more likely that after 5 months or nearly 6 months it will be worked on and this happens in a lot of cases. They are under much pressure from all applications and cases being sent everyday. I hope people will consider this fact, instead of driving themself crazy and frustrated over this process.

    I dont agree with your post. I am 7 months pregnant with my fiance's child and I am currently in my 5 month waiting on my NOA2. Secondly I am currently a deputy "peace officers" USCIS expedit military but they dont expedite peace officers. By all means I think military family should be expedited but also think peace officers and expected mothers should be too. I also contact my senator after I was denied twice. I believe if I am going to work everyday and not sure if I will come home safetly after my shift its only fair that I asked for assistance to expedite my file. Basically yes I have a right to be impatient and should I also mention I live on the third floor by myself? If somethng goes wrog rignt now the father of my child is not hear to be here for me or our child. All am saying everyone situation is different....

  2. Do you have a primary cell phone carrier in America? because you can also pull up the call up from any major phone company. I have AT&T and I can pull my from my ATT account.

  3. Okay - our interview date is approaching. I just put together the following to send to JA:

    * Appointment Letter

    * Intent to Marry letter - since they didnt send me an RFE for it, thought I would play it safe and send it

    * Additional pictures

    * W2's - 3 years

    * Employment Letter

    * Pay Stubs - 3 months

    * Bank Statements - 3 months

    * 401K statement

    * 2011 - Tax file

    * Phone records

    Did I forget anything??

    WoW... I dont think so. I think you have it all together. I will be praying for you and yours.

  4. Yes, be a better Wife or file for divorce.

    It's clear that your Husband can use the financial help and he doesn't want another kid until that happens.

    Being a better wife doesn't mean to be subservient or take abuse of any kind, but it does mean to step up to the partnership plate.

    Perhaps this was in the two other posts that the server ate but this post comes across as very self centered. Nothing wrong with that per see as long as you recognize it.

    Please don't have any more kids until both of you figure out what you want in life.

    Good luck.

    I agree with this post... The first thing that came to mind is why would you want to have another child and you are currently not financially stable. That does not make any sense, and if he is emotionally abusive then why would you even want to have more kids from him. The goal of having a job is when things like this happen, you have the independance to either fight or flight. Money is not everything but it sure helps with personal independence. We have to remember that a partner is only icing on the cake. A partner is not suppose to complete an individual, you should already be complete by yourself and that partners come along be that final icing on the cake. :wow: :wow: :wow:

  5. On May 18, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).Yayyyyyyyy just like visa journey predicted haha. We are sooooooo excited and hope the rest of you get your NOA2 soon! If anybody has any good information about London embassy or what to do after NOA2 we would really appreciate a link of it :).

    Congratulations... I am waiting patiently.

  6. Mine said "Initial Review" long after I'd been approved. :lol: This process became much less stressful when I wasn't checking my case every day.

    Yes it has becom my daily routine of checking the status, knowig its going to be the same. I saw that my form was "touched" in february and thats it. Still waiting to be approved.

  7. I am sending my K-1 visa package, using USPS express mail services. I noticed in the I-129f instruction, they put the following:

    The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

    For U.S. Postal Service:

    USCIS

    P.O. Box 660151

    Dallas, TX 75266

    For Express mail and courier deliveries:

    USCIS

    Attn: I-129F

    2501 South State Highway 121 Business

    Suite 400

    Lewisville, TX 75067

    I sent it to the first address since I am sending it through USPS, but i used express service - so does that mean I should have sent to the second address?

    For the record, Dallas TX no longer do K1 visa so your visa may get rerouted to Vermont TX. I send it to the second address too and that is were my file got rerouted to.

  8. I think VSC happened to find a lost July11 petition and they captured that in the monthly reporting...which makes everything appear off or delayed. I wouldn't worry too much about that... It will update again soon. Check the timeline stats. VJ people are being approved from December...

    I hope so because I filed in September, My fiance and I are expecting our first child in Sept. I am worried he wont be here on time.
