this so crazy...CSC is approving feb. filers and VSC is still stuck on Jan. 9. What the hell? How can they be so behind from CSC. Jan filers are still waiting on VSC. Clearly their has to be something going on at VSC. We are not even in July yet and feb filers are getting approve.
