    I am 22 wks pregnant today, and I am waiting and waiting...for my NOA2 to be approve. I am worried my fiance will not be hear to see his son being born.

      Did you apply for an expedite? Sometimes they will push it through. Worked for a friend of mine.

      Yes I did. It got denied. According to USCIS dont expedite for pregnancy unless it was pass our expired date. Since our paper is technically not expired they claime they will not expedite it. :(
