Off to the postoffice to file 129F---triple checked all!!!!! Still worried about my criminal past-4 cases! Sending all certified documents of dispositions and sentencing, however i dont know how anyone can read this court paperwork. My proof of meet is scans of receipts and pictures attached to scan receipts of us at the places with name of place in background. Zoo, cafe and 2 hotels! Also sent copies of CC transactions from website, however it shows all transactions but not my name, so i signed and dated it. Sent copies of boarding passes there and back. Hope all is well and thanks all for sharing rfe's, i tried to learn from your mistakes!!!!!

she lives in poland now and thats where we will meet, however she is moving back home to ukraine while visa is processed

So we are spending 10 days together in june and will have plenty of proof of trip, however to be sure i was going to starting printing out our skype conversations every sunday for the week. First 4 weeks combined is well over 500 pages---what proof should be suffient--and please dont tell me 20000 printed pages of skype---thanks in advance!

I know i have to check yes, but with 129F do you think i should send court documents with? I would have to order or pick them up! I have about 8 weeks before I send so i was wondering if dates were enough or if I had to get the actual documents. I intend to be fully honest-past is the past

Alright new to this site and thanks for the great info---met a someone and will be visiting her on june 15th in poland and may be filing for k1 in future. So being ####### im basically documenting everything right off the bat every sunday so hopefully it will go smooth. The only rough spot i see is my criminal past. Here goes

I also had a disorderly conduct ticket back in 1997

I no longer use drugs so get off my case ---been sober forever and the one time i drink i slept in my car and got AI ticket-which is 4 hour community service and they will wipe off my record. Was wondering if i need police reports or anything to send with 129F or just being honest works. Has anyone had them ask for additional information from drug crimes? I want to get police reports ordered soon if a problem might arise. thanks in advance oh and im us citizen. Her record is clean.
