Do not give up. we got NOA-1 on Feb 18th and on Aug 8th got the NOA-2 , I called my Senator when we went over 5 months and they called the TSC and told them he was interested in our Visa and wanted to check on the progress.. one week later we got approved.

I was in Dnepropetrvsk 3 weeks ago and in Kiev also, things there are fine and all normal. we have been worried since Dnepropetrovsk is only 120 miles from Dontesk. and all the fighting. if you are over 5 months waiting on TSC, call your senator they have people that handle these kind of things.. it helped us..

WE use the USPO I have tried Fed ex and UPS.. the US post office is best. takes about 5 to 7 days. WE got NOA-1 on Feb18 and on AUG 8th we got NOA-2 from TSC. but I called my Senator and they contacted TSC and 1 week later we had the NOA-2.. soon Lena will be here in TN from Dnepropetrovsk..

We was in TSC and we got NOA-1 on Feb 18th. was past the 5 months they claimed was deadline, had our lawyer call TSC and he was told they are very far behind.. I called my Senator and they contacted TSC and ask about our Visa and told them he was very interested in our Visa.. one week later we got the NOA-2 on Aug. 8th, call your senator if you are past the 5 months. they have people that handle this kind of thing and it was them that called the TSC.. WOOHOO soon Lena will be here in TN from Ukraine..

We got NOA-1 notice on Feb 18th and was over 5 months waiting.. had contacted TSC and was told they are way behind.. I contacted my Senator in TN. and they called the TSC and in 1 week we was approved for NOA-2 on Aug. 8th WOOHOO.. if you are over contact your senator.. they have people that handle this kind of things.. Mine called the TSC and ask about our Visa and told them he was very interested in our visa..and suddenly we have the Approval.. so do not give up if you are over the 5 months call your senator and tell them the problem and that you are trying to do a visa in the correct way and as a US citizen the Govt. should help since you are doing all things by the rules.. WOOHOO soon Lena will be here from Ukraine to TN..

Our NOA-1 was setting in TSC for over 5 months , we filed Feb. 18th was the date of notice.. I called my Senator in TN and they contacted TSC, in 1 week we got notice that on Friday Aug 8th we was approved and moved to NOA-2 WOOHOO.. maybe the move by TCS is all the people having their Senators contact them. Ours called them and ask them to check on this visa and that he was very interested in our visa seems that did the trick . USCIS depends on Congress for they pay and pay raises LOL.. WOOOHOOO finally.. Friday we got the notice that NOA-1 has been approved.. we Filed Fed 18th and was over the 5 month time line. I contacted my Senator and Congress man in TN. and the Senators office contacted the TSC and in 1 week it was approved.. so for all those over the 5 months. it is a good idea to reach out to your senator seems they have people that handle Visa and problems with Govt. agnecy's We are very happy and soon Lena will be coming here to TN. from Ukraine..
