Congrats! Just out of curiosity how did the interview go? Can/will you share your experience?

Sure, My interview was scheduled for 7:45 am, I arrived at 7:00, was called in at 7:30, out of interview at 7:42.

I started by wishing "good morning" to which I, received no reply. Followed the officer to her room, where she asked me to raise my right hand and swear to speak the truth.

This followed by going through my application, just to verify what I had written corresponded to my answers. Two changes:

1. Where you charged? I said No, but because I was cited she changed it to Yes (i assumed charged means when one goes to jail:))

2. She added the days I was out of the country since I filled N-400.

Written Test:

The capital of United States is Washington.

Oral Test:

What is the capital of United States?

Civic Test:

1. What is the declaration of Independence signify?

2. Who is in line next after President & Vice President if they are no longer capable?

3. How long is the term of a senator?

4. Name one branch of the government?

5. Who makes the federal laws?

6. How many justices are in Supreme Court?

Then she told me she was going to recommend me for approval (she stamped the application "Approved") and that I, should receive my letter in 2~6 weeks.

Anyone can shed light as to what is the usual wait time for oath after interview?

Anyone knows how long is the wait for Interview after FP and online update about being put in line for scheduling at phoenix ASC? Additionally how long is the wait for Oath after Interview in Phoenix?

I just updated my passport info in April and I checked for this very issue and it said adults 18 and above. If they changed in the last couple of weeks then I apologize.

Though it says international travel they are adding several domestic air lines and airports. Delta, American and other air lines listing the program on their web sites. Also it can be used at land entries and cruises. They officially launched the program only few months ago and now expanding it. Before it was in the test/beta phase.

Hi, What is considered an average wait time for getting a FP scheduled? And after how long should one cal the USCIS?

FYI, second US passport is for the purpose of visiting certain nations, where they do not recognize a third nation (i.e. give you a hard time, having IL stamped on passport will not allow you to enter Saudi Arabia etc). I don't believe it is for the purpose you are trying to use. Don't get caught, penalty is severe for misuse of second PP.

Did any apply for the Dual US Passports. I guess we can apply for the second passport in order to facilitate the foreign visa issuance. We keep one passport while we send out the other one to foreign embassy for the visa processing. Second passport is only vaild for 2 years. Per § Sec. 316.2 Eligibility. 6) Has resided continuously within the United States from the date of application for naturalization up to the time of admission to citizenship.

Does this mean that one cannot leave US till the N-400 processing is complete and Oath completed? I am really confused a lawyer, I consulted said I had to be physically present on the day of filling then I can leave and come in as I wish.

Please advise.
