so we have to get married first then ssn and i just filled it out to bne ready.so it says if he is not eligable to wortk then i have to give reasons to get a ssn. what would be some reasons? other than work. a bank account???? idk im confused!!

so i wait until the ss card comes in the mail to appy for AOS?

we are going next week for marriage license! i already have my reference number. just gotta go and get it! then we will get married at court ( have wedding later (bosnian and turkish)) his family wants to come, so they will apply for visitors visa soon!!!

so do i apply for everything at one time???

i know thats why i wanted his poe to be his final destination, but maybe i was trying to make it more complicated than it is. i know i filled out a smaple of the i94 and other the customs paper for him. so he prints it out and just copies it to the actual one!!!

also what should we apply for first. marriage licensee, then what aos or social security and job thingy. or all together???

no his poe is also his destination, that is what i was trying to say.... i dont know how that will work out

yeah tahts what we are doing. he is getting it notarized. so the translation is 140 liras i think. POE on saturday. but im confused because his first stop in america is his destination, how does that work out?

what papers/documents does he need from turkey? for the paperwork here(aos social security, etc?)

finally got the visa!!!

we got a 221 g hopefully the visa will come in the mnail soon. we already mailed back the stuff!

thanks my interview is the 6th in ankara. everyone is waiting for elections im waiting for him xD
