I have no idea. I contacted my congressman when I was waiting for my 2 year GC ... companies in my field of expertise didn't want to hire me because I didn't have GC .... so I contacted my congressman and explained him my situation and soon after that I received my GC ...   I can't say for sure if my congressman really helped for my case or USCIS just deiced that it's time for my case.

I filed June 26, 2016. FP 08/25/16.

Interviewed 02/25/17. No decision could be made. 

I have been waiting since with no response  nor update online, except interview was scheduled. It's been 127 days now.

There's a statement "last updated on 5/19/17" but it doesn't say what the update is, only number of days from interview changes daily. 

 

Can someone please advise on what to do next...??

I'm just so tired and frustrated about not knowing what's going on.

Yesterday I've got a letter from USCIS that confirm my address change in their system and on my application. Hopefully USCIS will transfer my documents from San Antonio to San Francisco Field Office pretty soon.

Last week we moved to San Francisco Bay Area and I changed my address for USCIS online. After that I spoke with USCIS to confirm that they have my new address and they said that the system does not allow them to see what is the address...wired!?!?!. My records have to be sent to San Francisco office. That office has similar processing time as San Antonio, TX.

I've just wonder how realistic is that Field offices processing time!?! When I spoke with USCIS a couple of weeks ago I've been told that San Antonio, TX office is working on January 12th applications. I check USCIS website today and it shows that that office is working on January 27th applications. I just wonder how realistic is that? How often USCIS update that information? I really was hoping to finish this process till the end of this year, but if those processing times are realistic and they are moving that slow I don't see how can we become a US citizens in 2016

I also spoke with Officer 1 yesterday. First one was speaking super fast usual staff. He told me that San Antonio, TX office is working on January 12th cases so I have to wait at least 4 more months and I have to call them if I wait more than 4 months witch sounds ridiculous.

Almost immediately I spoke with another Officer 1. He spoke much better than the first one. He told me that they still do the background check and as soon as it is done they will send my case to San Antonio, TX office and after that that office will send me a letter for the interview. He also said that that office is working on January 12th cases and eventually I have to wait a little bit for my interview. But he also said that because I have those new case numbers IOE I would be able to print my letter as soon as it is available in my online account. He never told me call us again after 4 months like the previous Officer 1.

I was able to print off a copy of my biometrics appt letter from the new account page. Just click on the appointment scheduled. a PDF will pop up with your biometrics letter with time and date on it.

There is no any info about biometrics appointment in my new account which is frustrating. I can see only my NOA from the beginning of June.

I've got a text message and checked my online account but nothing new there.

I check https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus.....The status now is:

'On June 26, 2016, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice....Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your appointment notice by July 26, 2016....'

I didn't know that they work Sundays or USCIS system automatically schedules biometrics appointment?!?

Last year my biometrics appointment was in Austin Support Center and it took 5 days for that letter to arrive, so I hope that it will arrive till the end of this week.

I still don't know when exactly is my biometrics appointment

Anyone else has the same situation as mine? Does it take a while for notices to appear in the online account?

I hope that it will arrive next week.

Today arrived second letter from USCIS. I thought that it is letter for biomentrics appointment but it was again NOA with date 06/02.

The first one that arrived was just with info for USCIS online account.

My case status in USCIS website is:

"On June 2, 2016, we received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number IOE.........., and emailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Integrated Operating Env location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I think when you're on the very edge, most people go by the check cashed or NOA date. I created the June N-400 thread here. Feel free to add your info there or you can just stick with us!

I've sent my documents today and added my info to May 2016 filers. Maybe it's better to move to June filers. I try to open that link but I get this message:

"Sorry, we couldn't find that!
