    Case completed at nvc on sep 26 but no interview date yet!!

    hi Apple i just called and NVC operator told me that my AOS package is accepted today this is why they sent that checklist cover letter for the next step.

    This is really hard to believe it but i just got approved my dear friends. Yesss uscis has approved my case today!!! 22 months in wait!!! And finally nightmare is over!! I hope more approvals coming up for you all.

    I agree with luislen!!! There must be something wrong! You should send a email to uscis and see if they gonna answer the same thing. Also what i know is some new hire representative don't know too much about processing time and sometimes they are just guessing!

    I agree with you Omnia this is discrimination uscis does to us.. U.S citizen can get aprove beetwen 3 or 5 months but GC holder more then 20 months!!! But we all pay the same amount tax every year..

    Just one Big Advice. when u call uscis usually people who answer at the first time they just take your requests . such as request for not getting letter or change address. nothing more than that.. .tell them I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO someone in the second Tier department. That's what i do all the time... people in second tier can tell u exactly whats going on with your case and can even tell u when the letter was sent, why your case is in delay, when they are going to tranfer to the local office. etc.. REMEMBER 2-tier...i hope it helps
