on june 4th was my visa interview and i got a 10 yr ban, until 12/3/2020

ya just keep calling but in the afternoon cuz i called monday morning and they said no then i called like at 6pm and there it was

i got ahead of myself and called on a monday and i had my appt and the next day they emailed me.

i wouldn't worry too much about that because even if they do schedule you 2-3 months out you can always call to see if someone canceled and move your appt up. i have seen cases were they are persistent and keep calling and get their appt moved up and to only like a month after their 1st one. and yes i do have my daughter and i will also be arriving the 31st.

how did your interview go?

i filed my I-130 in Feb.2010 so I understand, and I have bn in Mexico for 17, almost 18 months now but we are one step closer! I also have to file the I-601 and I-212 so keep me updated and hopefully we both get approved really really fast!

ya i booked la quinta because they have a shuttle service and used the code HOMEDL and got $10 off a night. Wow we are going to be doing the same thing, we both have to keep each other updated but hopefully on the waiver appt we get approved right on the spot or get a response really fast!

my husband is gonna go with me, i plan on staying at la quinta and i already have everything ready, but good luck with everything, are you guys doing a waiver to or is this it for you? im gonna go one june 4th but ill have to go back for my waiver appt. Ill let you know how it went so you guys can have an idea of what to expect, good luck!!

I just called the NVC and they have now closed my case and they said they will email me to let me know when my appointment is in Ciudad Juarez!!!!

today i got an email from the nvc saying they now have all the documents necessary to complete my case and they will let me know when an appointment is available and notify me!! i hope its really soon, im excited and good luck to u too!!

Hi guys, i just joined today and had a few questions. I just filled out my DS-260 on April 5th, 2012 and NVC requested to re-scan the I-864 which they recieved on friday. I am assuming the next step is to get my appointment in Ciudad Juarez. How long did you guys have to wait to get you appt in cj? I hope its soon because I have been living in Mexico for 1 yr and a half and I am ready to be reunited with my husband and daughter!! Thank you!!
