  1. Hey guys,

Is there an example somewhere of a letter from your employer for the I134 for K1 visa? I'm not exactly sure how I should write it or exactly what to say? I'm going to get my boss to write it on Monday so would love your help :)

    Thanks!

should your boss knows how to write it.any way it ca n be like this...

    (date............)

    (name of the business )

    To whom it may concern

This letter is to inform that ( YOUR NAME ) has been a full time employed by( the name of the business)since(the date you start)as a ( your occupation )

( your name)receives a salary of(how much money you make)which is paid.(weekly or hourly) and his position is(permanent or temporary)

please contact the under signed if you have any further questions.

    sincerely

    (name of the business)

    phone number

the name of the manager or owner

and stamp.they should have one at work with the information of the business on it

  2. Hi everyone. Just got NOA2 and would like to go ahead and send all the necessary documents to my fiance for interview. So my question is if i send documents now and interview is like in a month and half is it gonna be ok if they are dated early, the I-134 affidavit and bank statements?

congratulations on your approval,I would suggest to wait anther month then send the affidavit of support,

your approval petition will go to NVC center first to sign a case number for your petition, and that might take a month or hope less, then your petition will be shipped to the embassy where your fiance/e lives,

when the embassy receives your petition then send the affidavit of support.

I think a 2 month's old affidavit of support is going to be fine, and please listen to the rest of the VJ members opinions too, good luck

  3. I know I should wait on my NOA2 but i wanted to prepare for paper work that i will be asked for so I have a question....

On the I-134 on #3 it says "this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:", do i write my name(usc) or his name(non-imigrant)??? help will be appretiated...thanks

your right the non immigrant name, and questions 1 and 2 your name and information.

  4. I'm almost one month in and no number. Depends on if you mean 30 working days or one calendar month. I hear its talking up to a month for it to be received and another 10-15 working days to get in the system. Thats what I wastold when I called the NVC. Hope you hear soon but know you are not alone.

mine was approved on 5/16 and left NVC on 6/7 =22 days

  5. Hi... When I first sent in my I129 I got an email first and then a letter a few days later in the mail for my NOA1. Now my NOA2 was approved on June 5, I received a letter in the mail but I have never got an email. Should I be worried about this? I guess I'm afraid that now that I won't hear from the NVC when they receive my packet or when the embassy receives it.

From reading of others about NVC receipts it looks like things are backed up. On the NOA2 to NVC processing time graph it says June 5. Should I start calling or give them another week?

its the time to call NVC,after 15 business day from the approval notice NOA2

  6. Hi,

1-My fiancee is living with me last one year. She filed tax return in April. She made 20000$ last year but she did not work whole year she just work for 8 months. She is now unemployed and living with me since last year. Now we filling I134 she can put in item #7 (Currently employee) unemployed?his question asking for the current job.

    she has to put none,t

2-in option ( i derive and annual income of:) what she put none or 20000$ which she made in 2011?

she can not list it as a current income,

3- Her dad is our co- sponsor and he will fill separately I 134 form? In item #10 ( I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of following person) her dad put will put none because my fiancee submitted 129f to USCIS not her dad i am right, he just put None?

the dad has to put none, cause his not the sponsor

4- What they put in item #11( intend? or not intend) what is this and what they will write in this section?

it's better to put intend, indicate the exact nuthure and duration.

5-what is domicile and my fiancee need domicile she is here in UAE for last one year and we will go back together in October, 2012.

    thanks,

    Adnan

sorry for number 3.i meant the dad is not the petitioner

  7. Sorry to hear about the denial.

However, I found something odd in your description of what happened; and it's this: "she couldn't issue her a visa cause she didn't believe my fiancee love for me was genuine that my fiancee only want to immigrate to the US not cause she love me. She told me i can either re-apply for K-1 visa petition for her again or get marry and do the marry petition

Why would the CO recommend/say to re-file or get married to someone they already found to be fraudulent towards you?

    that's right

  8. well,something is missing here,

its mentioned the word husband and wife here,

I don't think it's the money transfer or the age is the red flag,

even the CO might have a girlfriend or wife or a fiancee and they spend money on them,as we know,in America the guy who spends money on women,

if your fiancee over seas wouldn't you send her money to buy her self something? like a pant's or shirt,or makeup?????????

whose going to pay for the embassy expansive over seas???for sure the USC,

it's shame on me to let my fiancee pay for it,come on,i send my fiancee some money, once and am going to send her again for the embassy forms and medical too,

is't wrong to do that??then ffffffffffff the CO

I would say you have to do something, don't stop there,at least know what the denial was for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. gd morning...im so upset this morning. ive never shared my personal life on here but i just need some advice. Ive been with my husband over 2 years and i filied for him back in april. Im starting to regret ever being with him. There is sooo much heart ache i go thru with him. ever since we been together he's been cheating on me. he doesnt help me out any type of way. He doesnt call me how he is suppose to. i know he doesnt love me but i do believe he does care about me. Im going to be honest he is very young (21) and age shouldnt matter but i feel like im with a little kid. He is very selfish and stubborn. To be honest the only reason why i feel to stay with him is because i feel like invested so much into this boy. ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars on his sorry ####.

Im just sick of him and want to drop everything and stay far the hell away from him before he hurts me even more. Any advice!

    call the police

  10. I am confused about the fees. Can someone tell me how much it it to file for I-129f form? and how much for medical exam? and how much for K1 visa?

    Thanks so much

    i-129f $350

    K1 visa $240

medical exam not really sure, each country is different than other.maybe around $80

  11. You are welcome. Good luck!

    thank you so much,

i do really have more questions if you dont mind answer them,

so on the form i-134 that my sister is going to fill out for my fiancee.there is a question says ( relationship to sponsor) what to put there?sister in-law.but we are not married yet!!!and it might be a red flag!!

also do the form i-134 need to be notarized?

  12. If her income was borderline, I might tell you to choose a different co-sponsor because her past income was low too, but $40k is not borderline for a household of 4, so her current income should work just fine as the co-sponsor. She makes enough to cover a household of up to 6: http://www.uscis.gov...form/i-864p.pdf

You can send a complete copy of the tax return, which is all pages: the 1040 plus any schedules and attachments and the W-2s and/or any 1099s she might have. OR, you can get a tax return transcript free from the IRS. You do not have to worry about whether or not the return is complete, or the need to include the W-2s. The IRS transcript is all you need: http://www.irs.gov/i...=232168,00.html

thank you so much.she got all documents, tax return and w2,she can get a letter from the employer too.and a lot of pay-stubs and a copy of her citizenship because she dont have a passport.bank account,

i was focusing on her 2011 income.but i did not know they care for the current income.

    thank you so much

    god bless

  13. The 125% of the poverty level requirement is for CURRENT income and not what she made in the past last year. She still has to provide her 2011 tax transcript, as everyone does(and it is fine that is a joint tax transcript), but her income will be based on what she is earning right now, this year, not last year. She proves that she will make $40k this year with the letter from her employer and recent pay stubs showing how much she receives each pay period.

wow that makes me feel Good.I thought they would judge the income for the past year,I think am ok then,

so w2 tax return is not enough or need tax transcript?

thank you so much for help.am feeling relaxed now.

  14. So how is what going to be? I just gave you all the information I know how to give you. She CURRENTLY makes $40k annually. That is what you have said twice now. That is more than enough for a household of 4, which I said before is: herself, her husband, her child, and the beneficiary. I told you what she needs to provide along with her I-134. What else are you are trying to ask? Is she self-employed or does she have an employer?

ok cool, please bear with me,yes she currently makes $40k a year or more.but what about 2011 tax return?she has to show that too with form i-134 and she just made 16000 for the past year.

thank you for the responding and taking a time to help me.and lighting me more please

Are those 40k projected? Or did she get a job that pays 40k annually?

she got a job pays $40k a year for 2012
