I Guess its not matter Lebanese or other .its about luck.I think your petition is sitting on one of the adjudicator office and time to work on it.but he or she had a fight with the spouse and not feeling Good to work.maybe ha ha

yes go a head and call them.they still approving the mid of December and after,you pass 5 months so try to contact them.
