http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3745.html#_Can_the_medical_1 here it says no ,Visa medical examinations may not be conducted in the United States. An alien pursuing a visa application abroad while physically present in the United States must have the medical examination conducted by a panel physician approved by the visa issuing U.S. Embassy/Consulate.

I do not see why though you cannot get the Vacinations here in the U.S make sure you have all of them documented

I was wondering a couple more questions if you dont mind..? 1. Is there a penalty fee on the day of the interview for being in the US illegally, he has been there for 7.5 years.2. On the I864 the NVC request other information such as birth certificates and police clearances did you mail it all by postal mail or were you able to scan it and send online? Thank you for any help!

Did you prepare yours by yourself? What evidence did you include? Have you ever been to Guatemala?What part will you be staying? We live in Chiquimulas. To answer your question it depend on how long you have to stay here. LOL I have been here in total for.. hmm..12 months for the past 2 years. I am still experiencing a bit of culture shock. You should be nervous its a HUGE change..

Found out about being illegal when filing for I-130. Procedd normal steps, show up for interview and when denied for the visa they will hand you a !-601 form. The petitioner needs to write a hardship letter and include evidence. If it is approved 3-6 months later you will be told to come pick up your visa. If not you will have a 10 year ban placed on the applicant.

hey congrast! I was told my I130 was accepted and to wait for nvc letter it has been almost 4 weeks i noticed you got yours pretty fast, did they just send it or did you do something to get the process moving faster. Also I was wondering how much the 1864 fee was I cannot find that info anywhere. Thanks

The medical examination includes a review of the applicant's medical history, physical examination, chest X-ray, and blood tests.
