the only option she has is to remain invisible as long as she can keep under the radar, and live her whole life in fear, or face it and file all the way through NVC process then get a lawyer for harship letter so that she will only have to be there temporarily instead of having a 10 year ban placed on her once she is deported, harder consequences if she gets deported i beleive

I do not see why though you cannot get the Vacinations here in the U.S make sure you have all of them documented

An alien pursuing a visa application abroad while physically present in the United States must have the medical examination conducted by a panel physician approved by the visa issuing U.S. Embassy/Consulate.

BoO! Yay you got it set up. Hopefully you can connect here with some others going through the process in juarez! under search timelines and put in mexico juarez and there is about 20.
