    wow i never even saw your comment til now! Sorry not to respond to it sooner. I expect you have got it all worked out by now but if youre doing it yourself you dont need a g28. I didnt send in the prima facie, just a copy of the receipt notice (NOA) from the i-360 and a cover letter (with "ATTN. VAWA UNIT" in large letters on the top of it!) asking that they join the i485/i765...

    hi nardah1 - mine was done under c(9) - and i requested a fee waiver too which is a separate form. Also, make sure you have your supporting documents in there too (copy of ID / two photographs etc)! Good luck!
