    Police Clearance (PCC) for K1 Visa at Mumbai

    My fiance is from India, and his passport is in the passport office for the PCC (Police Clearance) right now. He's not sure if he'll get his passport back in time for the interview. Does he need his passport to get into the interview at the Mumbai Consulate?

    We don't know the interview date for the K1 visa yet, but there's a good chance it will be sometime in May.

    Any advice on this situation you can give would be helpful. Thanks!
