I guess technically USPS is at fault but you have no way to prove that as the stuff wasn't sent on recorded delivery.

How long ago did they send it? Maybe it is just taking a long time because of the holidays.

If it is truly lost, you will need to file for a replacement card which is costly. Before you do, change your address!

well this is what happened. it was recieved at my parent's house and my parents sent those to my address but USPS lost them. they cant even track this. I wanna know what I can do here? is it USPS fault? what do i need to tell USCIS?

My wife arrived a month ago through CR1. apparently while we were away the welcome letter came but my parents lost them and they didnt read what was on the letter. Do you know what is on the letter and wat can we do ?

So I called today and NVC told me that my case is complete and they are going to email with the interview date. How long does it usually take to get an interview? my consulate is in Malaysia. What am I supposed to do at this time? thank you so much guys

So I gotta a checklist for AOS such as bank statement for myself and benefeciary. My question is do I need to fill out the I864 again? or just submit the requested document along with the letter? thank you so much

also on the checklist, It requires the benefeciary bank account prove as wel.. thats odd.

SO i sent in my AOS packet and did include my chekcing and my wife (benefeciary) account on the 864 form and I called today and they said they will send me a checklist and she said that I need to show a prove for all that stuff i have on my bank account and hers. What is the best way to show that prove. and since I dont work and Im full student, she told me to get a prove that you dont work? anyone? plz thanks

It really depends on requested document. But for me, took two weeks to hear back and get approved. Just hang in there for now and pray if u believe.
