      The address for the appointment is on the appointment receipt. It should be your local USCIS office.

      Mine was in Baltimore. I did not get to go for it because the MVA contacted us two days before the appointment.

      All you need to do when you get there is have them correct/update/verify your SAVE record.

      After putting in your information, you will get a date and time for your appointment. Make sure you print your confirmation page. Don't worry about the questions. I will always answer as best as I can.

      You need service on a case that has already been filed>Case service follow up appointment.

      Thanks! @worthDwait Please confirm what @Iyawo_Omo_Yoruba said. In other words, does your visa expire on 03/25/2013 or does it expire on another date (which may be the expiration date of your medical)?

      Congrats!!! Let me ask a potentially stupid question X_X - does the validity of the visa start on the approval/interview date or on the visa pick up date?
