Congratulations on getting VISA. Aiping was approved on the 7 December and entered the country the day before Christmas day the 24th.

After waiting so long now everything is happening at light speed. I was in China visiting when we got our NOA2, NVC confermation received, assigned a case number at NVC, fiance receives call from embassy in China, two days later receives packet requesting form DS 2030 only for now all in just 10 days this happened. I have not received an invoice from NVC and cannot get them on phone after on hold for hour. When should I expect invoice for NVC immigration fee?

I sent an email to you. Whom ever knows the answer is keeping it a secret. This is the biggest difference in processing times between California and Vermont in as far back as I can go in VJ. Those of us who have less time in front deserve answers but they have chosen to not be truthful. I suspect it is political and they are trying to keep their jobs.You and I are accustomed to honesty. Who did you pressure at Vermont to get such an early approval and your NOA2?? Many of us with the same NOA1 date can only get a response that it will take until Oct or Nov to get NOA2. Your 108 day approval is a record. Good job tell me how you did it. OK

Why have VSC processing times increased so dramatically for NOA2 approval

Now with all the extra work load on VSC with Obama giving immigrants without papers the fast track to staying legally how will this effect those of us who have taken the legal path and filed all the paperwork? I have noticed the processing timeline for VSC has been going up in the number of days to process. Any ideas?
