Okay so I've my interview tomorrow morning, I want to know what questions are asked during the interview?
-
If that was when you where a teenager, then I would say no! But remmember you must be truthfull....but from my experience MY husband (then fince) was been honest and we got denied!
Good luck!
Yes i was a teenager then.. And yes I was very honest with every question they asked me. And thank to very much.
-
Well it depends... if no one asks dont offer to give more information than what is needed. If someone asks you and its part of the application process, you know the answer to that. You have to be honest on all immigration applications, especially if it appears in a background check or police report.
Okay thank you very much.. But yes I was honest I told the nurse that I did it before a few years ago but I haven't done it before and I don't have any background about drugs nor a police record about drugs...
-
If you tell the nurse that you used to do drugs would that affect the interview?!! Really worried...

Well just arrived in cd Juarez! Is anyone around here??
-
When we got there just before 6:00 am, there were about 16 people on line already (outside). The line got longer fast after we were on line. Then we were taken to the next clinic because they wanted to balance the work. I saw people already inside the building.
Oh okay well thank you for the advice! I appriciated soo much
-
I was there at 6:00 am. There were people on line already. I recommend that you get there as early as you can.
Was there alot of ppl by that time? And what time do you think it would be a good time to be there?
-
So I've my finger prints on wednesday June 6 and interview thursday June 7 at cd Juarez so if anyone is going to be around pls let me know! And oh at what time does ppl start lining up for medical exams?
-
There is no ban against you, correct.
Thank you soo much!! I needed to hear that from someone els besides my lawyer lol
No ban it seems (but we aren't the ones to decide right?!?!) Do you have a petitioning relative?
Good luck
Well thank you!! And true that.. And yes my wife!
-
Umm...if you leave the US before you turn 18 and 6 months, if you entered without inspection (ie illegally) then you are not subject to a ban.
However, you may be 'punished' if there were crimes committed while you were in the US
Good luck
Okay well I left the US before I turned 18 1/2 and no crimes or anything.. So I can say I'm good?!?
Until you turn 18 an illegal entry is a crime of your parents. Once 18 you are an adult and must obey the laws for yourself. At 18 years and 6 months the first ban sets in. But between 18 and 18 and 6months if you get caught you can be deported. After 6 month until 19 it is 3 years, more than that it is a 10 year ban.

So I can say good!? I left before turning 18 1/2 and no crimes or anything?
Sorry I posted twice my comp is messing up
-
Is it true that if you leave the country before you turn 18 1/2 years old there's no way you can be punished?
-

So my interview is 16 days from now (june7) so I want to know what all should I take to my interview besides the required documents that were scanned. Like do I need phone records emails ect?!??
-
What do I use to logg in?
-
It depends on how you've set up delivery of your visa. Before your interview, you'll need to go onto usvisa-info.com and pick the DHL office where you want to receive your visa.
Some people opt to pick a DHL office in Juarez, wait there for the visa, and then cross with it as soon as they have it. If you do that, you'll have to hang around Cd. Juarez until it shows up.
But you're free to pick a DHL location in el D.F., in which case you're free to head out once your interview is done.
I don't think it will be much faster to wait for your visa in Juarez. My wife had her interview on a Tuesday, was approved, and by Thursday, she had her visa in her hands (in Tijuana).
Oh okay thank you very much that helped alot! I picked a DHL office in D.F I really don't want to hang around Juarez that much! But once I picked a DHL offiice it talks about a waybill?!?
-
