After K1 NOA2, how are we notified about when the NVC receives the package and again when it sends the package onward to the embassy?

Sabi...Can you tell me where/how you got those dates & stats from the USCIS website? I could find some trends and raw data but it was only for a month period and then it was only up to April.
Thanks
I don't know if you guys read our January thread but probably not, so here is the heads up for what's been happening at VSC this week:
January 3:
1x approval (06/28)
January 9:
1 x approval (06/27)
January 10:
2 x approval (06/27)
January 12:
1 x RFE (06/25)
1 x RFE (06/28)
1 x denial (06/27) - I have seen that for the first time! WOW!
January 13:
3 x approval (06/28)
January 17:
3 x approval (06/28)
January 18:
2 x approval (06/25)
January 19:
1 x approval (06/27)
All above have been updated on USCIS website just yesterday, so they do work on our cases, unfortunately their updates system has a little delay

Vermont Service Center is back to listing "5 Months" for K1
-
Hi All,
I does seem to be a glitch (fingers crossed that's the situation). I'm monitoring the status of NOA2 approvals and there's activity for NOA1 dates in early to mid Dec getting approved now.
Best of luck to everyone! I'll post again if I notice the trends changing

I noticed the Vermont Service Center's K1 processing timeframe (from the USCIS webpage)has changed from "5 months" to "June 14, 2011". The explanation on their site says it is the date of the last case processed when the site was updated (if the timeframes are exceeding their goal). But with the info on the Visa Journey site, we can see they're processing well past that June 14, 2011 date.
Can any one shed some light onto what is going on?
