By any chance did you forget anything at the interview that you had to send them back?

My fiance forgot his orginal birth certificate and right now i checked this website https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

and it shows administrative processing.... :| i'm not sure if that's because he was missing his birth certificate... keep me posted girly. Prayers it passes...

I'm so irritated, i'm hoping finally today is the day we all hear something about an interview date!

Hi Josie, I had a quick question.

Per one of your posts you said your Interview was January 30th, can I ask when was it when you submitted you're packet 3 to the consulate? My fiance is about to submit ours and I'm worried cause our petition expires on February 2nd.

Indeed the wait is hard, considering i got the vsc, we decided the visit would be best right now before we go another 3-4 months more of waiting til he's home for good.

I'm ecstatic! I haven't been to sydney in a year and it will be great to catch up with his family. I haven't seen him since march so this will be very rewarding even if it's just a few days.

Oh wow!! Good thing it wasn't too bad, Where is he deployed? Hopefully he can some how squeeze in sometime for that photo so the sooner you guys can move on with the process!! i'm hoping for no more than 4 more months of waiting for it all to be done with and he can be back in the states for good.

126 days and counting...........

144 days and nothing yet..... according to others i probably wont hear anything for another 40 days *sigh* damn vsc i wanted my love home by the holidays and all you've done is disappoint many people.

5 months around the corner....... still nothing and i know it probably wont be for another month bleh will put in my service request on the 3rd, they say it really doesn't do anything but i'm still going to.

Ah!!! I'm so glad, i check the processing times like crazy for VSC, got really sad when they moved the processing time from 5 months to 8.7 months. Checked it again and looks like it was updated again on April 30!!! and it's back to 5 MONTHS!! haha just had to share my excitement. Hope time flies!!! I'm ready for my love to be home!

Amazing! Johnny's AOS has been approved in just a little over 4 months!!! A lot faster than I had orginally thought!! I thought we weren't going to hear anything until December! Good Day

Awww so glad you liked it here! That's nice I wish I could move to Australia but for now we need to be here for my son since that's what would be best for him. I haven't seen my fiance in almost 6 months so I'm so glad he'll be here on the weekend! Good luck on your journey amd glad you guys can be together
